Carlos Barbosa: is the Eastern Divisional Director at Horizon Investments. Horizon Investments is a Goals-Based Investment Management firm specializing in active allocation, risk mitigation, and generating retirement income for clients.

Carlos works with advisors to empower them with strategies that will help their clients achieve their most important financial objectives throughout life.

Carlos joined Horizon Investments at the end of 2014. Prior to joining Horizon Investments Carlos was a Vice President with First Trust Portfolios from 2006 to 2014. Prior to working with First Trust Portfolios Carlos spend 6 years at several large firms including Prudential Financial and Allstate Financial.

Carlos has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and resides in Boston, MA.
